Pencil and Paper

The initial stage of the manufacturing process begins with a meeting where we discuss what you want to design, the pieces function, and the shapes and lines that interest you. We will then create the design on paper and make any necessary changes until you are satisfied with the design.

Computer Aided Design

A three dimensional model is then designed in the computer to assure the highest level of accuracy.

Wax Model

The next step is to create a wax model of your design. You will be presented the opportunity to review the model and make any changes to the look and feel of the piece. A wax model will not be made for designs that must be fabricated directly out of precious metals.

Gold and Finish

 Once final approval of the model is complete, we then cast the piece in the metal of your choice. After casting, it will be filed and polished and we will then set any precious gems you have requested.
